Todd and Kristie have been phenomenal – helpful, timely, and very responsive. They are available for design consultation (Kristie has a great eye!) and deliver a high quality product. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, so you can easily pick based on both aesthetic and functionality.
We had our shades installed in 2022 and are still very pleased with them. When I reached out to them regarding 1-2 minor issues over the past 2 years, they were immediately responsive and accommodating and came back to address the issue without any extra charge. Their customer service is everything you could ask for when trusting a business with your house. Highly recommend!
