We had a great experience with MITS Plano! Kristie came out to estimate the shades and plantation shutters we wanted in our home, and she was great about listening to our aesthetic preferences while also offering suggestions when we weren't sure of color and material choices. The install crews were so friendly and professional, and everything was installed quickly and with full clean up afterwards. They also gave us a great overview on how to operate and maintain our electronic roller shades. All of the products look beautiful and fit so well in the spaces!

We love the shades! What a difference they make compared to what we had before. The color choices are beautiful and work perfectly with our home, and they're so much easier to operate than our old shades. Being able to effortlessly pull them up and down has made a bigger difference than we expected. They've also completely changed the feel of the house. The rooms feel brighter, cleaner, and more finished, while still giving us the view of the backyard and light control we wanted. It's amazing how much of an impact the new shades have had on the overall look and atmosphere of our home. We also wanted to compliment Chason on the installation. We got three bids to replace our old, non-functioning black out shades in our bedroom and install new motorized roller shades in the living room and these guys won based on the professionalism during the consultation. We have used Made in the Shade when we initially moved into our new office where they did 25 shades for us. Throughout the last 5 years, we have called on them for various smaller projects. This time, they also added to their installation team, who were professional, did skilled, and excellent work, and all on time. We just completed renovations, and the last step was adding shades for the upstairs windows. We were introduced to Made in the Shade Plano through our construction company and it was absolutely the best recommendation. I met with Kristi for an in-home consultation but had no idea of what I wanted. She walked me through the entire process, offered her recommendations and helped me choose what patterns worked best for our spaces. The quality and texture of the shades are beautiful, and installation done by Todd was quick and seamless. The cordless shades offer enough passage of light for some windows, and the blackout shade is perfect for the media room. The upstairs is noticeably cooler as well. We are definitely pleased.

Made in the Shade Plano was an absolute pleasure to work with. After a terrible experience with another blinds company of a “budget” variety ended in months of waiting, frustration and ultimately a refund, we contacted Todd and Kristie and they completely turned things around for us. They were very responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were well taken care of. Our new Norman 360 shades are perfect and we’re loving them. Even better, the entire process was completed faster than what the first company originally quoted (and never delivered), and at a more reasonable price. Highly recommend them. We were hung up on all the options, she took the time to listen to us and provide recommendations that we ended up loving. No other company shared ideas like she did. We did run into a delivery issue where the vendor sent the wrong color but she quickly corrected it with them and got the correct shades. Overall highly recommend!
